    Hello,

    Sorry, but a refund can be made for the whole purchase. The support extension is not refundable. And it is not possible to transfer the purchased license between accounts.

    According to Envato Market Refund Rules, in the section “Item support extension not used”, it clearly states “If you purchase an item support extension and request a refund of that extension before your existing item support expires we would expect the author to provide you with a refund of that item support extension.”

    Also in the licenses FAQ, found here https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq
    it clearly states that the license is transferable when I create a site for a client, if I sell my website, if I offer an on demand website creation, if I use it as a prize.. So there are at least 4 different cases that the license is transferable. Check the print screen here https://prnt.sc/uxjwqz.

    So, I would to request a refund for the support extension.
    And your instructions on how to move my license to another user.

    In this case, you can contact the Envato team to ask how you can request a refund for that support extension purchase.
    Yes, you can give your purchase code to your client for example. But it is not possible to transfer your purchase between accounts on ThemeForest. Or you can contact ThemeForest support for help.
