Regarding empty cart after buy button or Add to Cart

I have just change my server and migrate to another server. after this when i click “Add to cart or Buy Button” Cart page is shown empty. please suggest me something quick. it’s big issue.
i have deativated all plugins, and activate one by one. but nothing works.

In most cases, it is a cache issue. Please make sure that you have removed the site and server cache.
Also, the “Cart” page shouldn’t be cached at all, so please navigate to the settings of the cache plugin and exclude this page from the cache.

but i am just cloning to another server, not any changes made there.
it is happening while i am using iphone. ( even website and android phone is working fine ).
