Register – Password setting mail does not come

Hello!

On the website scentandmore.beonagency.ro, when I want to register a new account with a mail, I do not receive the mail to set up the password, and it drives me automatically to the account, without knowing what the password is.

Please help me with the registration part. If a user wants to register, the best would be to put the mail, receive a mail,set up the password and then connect.
