'Register' section not working.

For starters, I have already activated this option under Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts

Still, when I go to the Login/Register page of my website, under Register there is nothing coming.

I have a plug-in installed called B2B Advanced Registration which allows me to add a few extra fields to default registration form…however none of this showing up.

First you need to create a page and add the code in the page as mentioned in the screenshot.

Then Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Advanced.

Set My account page from there.

Then check back.

If the issue still occurs then provide the admin panel login details of the website.

I tried everything you listed and I am still having the same issue.

To be clear, the ‘my account’ page pulls up properly, and a site visitor can login if they have an account already. But clicking the ‘Register’ button does nothing, and also none of my custom registration fields from my B2B Pro Plug-in are displaying.

I have logged into your website and deactivated the SG Optimizer plugin and the Register is working fine.

I have reactivated the plugin back on your website. You can try deactivating yourself.

Hello, I deactivated the SG Optimizer plugin and now the Register button is indeed working fine. The “Write A Message” button in “Contact Us” page is also working.

However, when clicking ‘Login/Regiser’ in header area, the page suddenly goes dark, and nothing happens.

When I reactivate the SG Optimizer plugin the Register & Write A Message button stop working, yet ‘Login/Regiser’ link does indeed go to My Account page.

Please advise.

The issue with the MyAccount in the menu is fixed. Please clear cache and check back.

And you can see that the issue has been caused by a third party plugin not our theme. Sorry but we could not help you with this because this is out of our theme support scope.

One question, when using different image grid templates, how do I figure out the best size to use for the various images? Currently when I upload images into the various blocks I get them cut off.

You can try specifying the size of the image by editing the Promo banner Element.
