Registration Issue

this is my website registration page when i am clicking on registration it’s giving me only option for email and once enter email it’s automatically login on account i want sent email confirmation to user after confirm the email he can login into account and also i want enable option in registration for First and Last Name and password and confirm password option plz help me it’s giving my alot of time.
