Related Products by Attribute

Is there a way to set Related Products to display by attribute?
I understand it is currently related by Tag, but Im wanting for Related Products to show items from across different Categories with the same Genre (a defined attribute). I have genres as tags too, but the Related Product pulls from all the tags so it will pull from other share tags in addition to genre.

Also, what would be the CSS code to change the “Related Products” title to something else?

This is the Woocommerce functionality and our theme cannot change this.
