Related products don`t work

The products in the related products on the product page are shown wrong.
We want to show the products in the same category in related.

For example,
the category for the products is Aquaristik, there are the cat food in the related products:

https://www.tierbedarf24.shop/produkt/al-ko-te-multi-mix-3-mm-3-kg/
https://www.tierbedarf24.shop/produkt/al-ko-te-multi-mix-3-mm-1-kg/

the category for the products is Vogelbedarf but there are the cat food in the related products again:
https://www.tierbedarf24.shop/produkt/cl-bird-exotenfutter-1kg-btl/
https://www.tierbedarf24.shop/produkt/karlie-biegsame-baumwollsitzstange-bird-bar-37-cm/
