Relevanssi not working

Hello

after i download Relevanssi plugin as recommended from your plugin setting and activate it from
setting > shop > Use Relevanssi for AJAX search

now the search not working! every thing i search for i got nothing

i have deactivate all the plugins and try again but i got the same problem , also i have tried the plugin with another theme it worked well so the problem from your theme
