Remove add to cart button on the separate category only

I would like to remove add to cart button on the separate category only and without hiding the variations. In other project it was enough to set up the stock to 0, but it is not working. I have found this code from previous topics, but it does remove everywhere and it should be only from one category.

Try to create a custom layout for a single product page and select the specific category in this condition:https://ibb.co/9hbYP4S, Then edit this layout in the builder which you are using and remove the add to cart widget.

Alternatively, You can do it with the help of theme preset you need to select the condition “Single posts from term”. In this case you need to do it for every product.

The first option – to create a specific layout – only gives options to remove add to cart button together with variations (colors).

I have tried the presets, but it is not reacting, the button stays.

When you disable the add to cart function it will remove the product variation. When you enable the catalog mode from theme settings it will remove the product variation as well. Please use the Product Additional information table in the layout, this widget shows your product attributes in the product page. This is the possible way in our theme settings.
