Remove " Create … navigation menu here"

Hi,
I bought Basel Theme on octuber 2018, and I still need to polish some items before displaying our new page to my clients.(By the way, I really like the Base Theme Visial!).
I would like to know how to remove the link ” Create your first navigation menu here” that appears on the top page

Hi, just to let you know that I remove it already.
In Apparence, Theme Settings, Custom CSS, I enter: h5 {display:none}

As soon as you create a menu in Appearance > Menu and set as Main menu http://prntscr.com/j3f64d this phrase would disappear you do not need to add custom CSS.
