Remove Mobile Sidebar and Hook new filter plugin

Hi, is it possible to replace the plugin’s sidebar icons with the theme’s original sidebar? what I am trying to explain i need to remove theme’s original sidebar icon on mobile and put plugins sidebar. Plugin also supports custom hooks, you can look at the picture I shared below. Thx
