Remove 'Sort By'

Hi,

I’m looking to remove just the ‘sort by’ from the shop section. I’ve tried the usual bits of code into the child theme functions.php file but these haven’t worked. I guess I’m missing something simple so would appreciate any help you can provide so I can hide this part of the ‘filter’ for my client.

Please provide the page URL your shop page is not the actual shop page. It does not contain the shop functionality.
