My website speed page has decreased after using the child theme, i have contacted the hosting support, here its response:
The issue with the server-side cache is caused by the child theme the site runs. The age header is coming back as 0, which is normally pushed through by a child theme, please remove the age header being set to zero, thanks

    Hello,

Please check the issue on the parent theme and let us know if the problem presists.

Here is the official email from DreamHost Customer Support Team

    Hello Khalid,

Thank you for your patience on this! From the tests here, we have
confirmed that the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin and the Woodmart
Child theme are creating cookies that are interfering with the server or
    varnish cache of DreamPress.

I tried temporarily disabling the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin and
changing the theme to Twenty Thirteen theme, and testing it showed a big
improvement of the GTMetrix test for the
    https://madeinatlas.com/home-decor/moroccan-brass-table/moroccan-brass-table-boho-coffee-table/
page. Please see the results from the link below:

    https://gtmetrix.com/reports/madeinatlas.com/uk79HSkA/

After the test, I re-enabled the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin and set
the theme back to the Woodmart Child theme.

However, as you’ve mentioned in the chat earlier, the Woodmart Child
theme is needed for the site, so it can’t be disabled or changed. I tried
checking the support articles and discussions from the Woodmart theme
developers, but I only got the discussion from the link below where the
theme support was unable to identify or prevent the theme’s
woodmart_recently_viewed_products cookie from interfering with the server
    or varnish cache:

    https://xtemos.com/staging/forums/topic/varnish-cache-conflict/

For this case, I would recommend moving the site to VPS, to help host the
site while keeping the Woodmart Child theme. I also recommend trying to
reinstall the WP Rocket plugin after moving it to VPS, to help reset its
cache settings, and make sure it’s working with the VPS server.

I hope this information is useful for you, feel free to reply anytime
should you have any further questions or if you need additional
assistance. We’d be happy to help!

    Please stay safe and healthy!

    Hello,

According to your hosting support reply the problem is caused by our theme’s woodmart_recently_viewed_products cookie. You can disable it by adding the following code snippet to the functions.php file in the child theme. Then contact your hosting provider again and ask them to check how it works from their side.

    add_filter( 'woodmart_wc_track_recently_product_viewed', '__return_true' );

    Kind Regards
