Remove Uncategorized and Help with Columns

At the bottom of my page I have categories. How do I get uncategorized to NOT SHOW.
Also, at the top of my home page: https://juniperbranch.com
I have promo banners. 3 columns with the newsletter sign up in the middle.
These columns are staggered and I need them to align at the top. Each time I move one the other one moves.

Check “Hide Empty” and remove all the products from Uncategories https://prnt.sc/sybnag in Appearance > Widgets > Footer column 2
