Remove white space above header and footer when scroll up and down

Hi, I find that when I scroll up and down, the white space appears above header and footer, which makes it really strange, how can I remove that?

You can find the option in the Design tab for WP bakery page builder and the Advanced tab for Elementor to remove the white space.

Thanks for your reply, but the Elementor advanced tab can not edit the whale page, I can only find it to edit single block, can you tell me more details
