removing post from one page

Hiya,
we have a scrolling banner at the bottom of everypage on our site showing a clients carousel.
The carousel is built as an html block. We want to remove this block from one page we are planning to build, however, we cannot work out where this is coming from and how to remove it from specific pages. How do we remove it from one page?
On top of this, how we have an issue with the scrolling of this client html block. When building it, editing the block, it smoothly scrolls no problem, however on the live site, it stops and starts occasionally. Why is it stopping on the live site and how do we fix this?

01. This is a pre-footer area. You can enable content from Theme Settings > Footer > Prefooter.
If you want to hide this on a specific page, you can edit the page > scroll down to Page Settings > Footer tab > and enable the Disable prefooter option as well for specific pages: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/
02. Could you please check the behaviour with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand how it works?
