In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce. It is not possible to rewrite in search only. If you translate in the product page, it would be translated in the search.

We are currently using WPML to translate the site, but we can’t find this string.

We want to avoid installing 2 translation solutions on the site to avoid a conflict between the 2.

I’m putting the search for the term we can’t find below as a screenshot.
