Request for Woodmart Theme or Plugin Bug Fix – Product Model

    Dear Woodmart Team,
    This is Angelly, a user of Woodmart Theme.But there are some errors about the plugin or theme. So I have some questions about the woodmart theme, and you could check the details of the questions below,

    1.Enable the Wood mart theme which is displayed in STEP 1.
    STEP 1
    2.Enable the plugin which is displayed in STPE 2.
    STEP 2
    3.Then you will find in STEP 3 snap that item page is crashing…
    STEP 3
    4.And in the Step 4 the error we are facing is shown. And it is really wired that this error is coming with only this theme and it’s plugin of STEP 2.

    And of course we had tried different tweaks and patches but no luck so far. There is some strange behaviour with global $product object. And it is happening only when the theme and it’s plugin is active.
    So our question is to ask why is it like this?
    We simply need that global product object is not tweaked. In this theme it is tweaked globally, that should be avoided.
    If theme developer is doing something then they should do it only in their code context and should not do it globally.

    We hope that woodmart developer team will review our questions, and help us to solve this error, because this is very important for our team. Wait for your feedback. Thank you so much!

    Hello,
    We have used a plugin(about custom engagement ring function),but there has been some errors, and out IT team think the problem is base plugin Woo Choice Plugin itself. So you can check with that one plugin or all enabled.
    And you could check the details of the questions on file document.
    I have put on the admin and FTP access on FILE Document, in order that your team could check and solve more conveniently. You could check it, and thnx.

    Thank you for sharing the details.

    But the website you provided doesn’t have our theme active at the moment. Please, activate our theme and disable all external plugins so we can check the issue for you.

    OK, we activated the plugin and now the product page is not loaded. But when we switch to the default WordPress theme we see the same error. Check this screenshot https://gyazo.com/5d496465fef1d5483a8496287adc31f4
    It means that the problem is not caused by WoodMart theme.

    This is our IT team feedback:
    Those are really different things and once the theme is running properly we can come to that issues. All those issues that are mentioned last time by theme team and mentioned today have really nothing to do with the issue we are facing.     Hello,

    Yes, we saw this on your video already. But as we said, we can’t find the page that you demonstrates on the video. We asked you to send a direct URL to this page but you didn’t so all we saw is the category page which is also broken.

    As for the error on 1:10 timecode on the video, it is not related to our theme. The log clearly states that it comes from one of the installed plugins.

    As i mentioned before, we have fixed the errors made the function work (All of them had operated on the test.website).
    But I have a question, If we restore and upload the purchased woodmart theme on our website, how could we keep the these already fixed the errors or functions at the same time?
