Request to add a programming code in the "Thank you" page

I get fake requests … so I want the customer to confirm his request before I ship the product to him
I want to include a code on the “Thank you” page like this :

“Thank you sarah, just one more step
To confirm your order and ensure your arrival as soon as possible, please send your following order number: H86643 by SMS to the following phone number: 0560343709”

The Thank you page is the functionality of Wocommerce and our theme does not have any options to change the Thank you page.
Please try to find a plugin or customize.
