DigitalbuddhaParticipantHello Woodmart Support Team,
I had purchased the Woodmart theme approximately 4 years ago and have been using it in my WordPress application. However, the version I have is now outdated and does not support direct updates to the latest release.
To address this, I recently purchased the latest version of the Woodmart theme separately. I’ve already shared a cloned version of the application for your reference.
My request:
Please help implement the newly purchased latest version of the Woodmart theme into the cloned application without altering the existing design and layout. I would like to retain the same look and structure as the current homepage and other pages.Let me know if you need any further access or details.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi Digitalbuddha,
Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) of the live site to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

DigitalbuddhaParticipantHi XTemos Support Team,
I’ve been using the Woodmart theme for the past 4 years and recently purchased another copy of the same theme for a different region of my website with same design. However, I noticed that the cart and checkout page designs in the new installation are completely different from the older version, and I would prefer to retain the previous design for consistency.
Could you please let me know if it’s possible to revert to the older cart and checkout design? If yes, can you provide the file paths or templates for those pages from the version that was available around 4 years ago?
Also, if I manually replace the new files with the old ones, would that cause any compatibility or conflict issues with the current version of the theme or WooCommerce?
I will share screenshots of the old and new designs below for reference.
Looking forward to your guidance on the best solution.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi Digitalbuddha,
Thanks for your kind words and always support us.
The old cart is using Gutenberg WooCommerce blocks, you can read more here https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/gutenberg-blocks/

DigitalbuddhaParticipantHowever, I would like to clarify that the old site is using WPBakery Page Builder, not Gutenberg. The same editor (WPBakery) is being used on the new site as well. That’s why I’m a bit confused—how are the cart and checkout pages now showing the Gutenberg-based WooCommerce block design, even though I haven’t used Gutenberg anywhere?
Could you please explain how this change happened and if there’s a way to ensure the cart and checkout pages on the new site follow the same layout and style as the old one, without switching editors?
Looking forward to your clarification and guidance.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi Digitalbuddha,
Thanks for details.
I checked both sites and designs are look same. Also, WoodMart does not control it, our theme is currently supports feature to help you to rebuild WooCommerce pages, you can consult here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
