    Hello,

    01. Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    02. Currency is the WooCommerce functionality, and WoodMart does not provide any option to change currency somehow. You will need to search for a plugin for this purpose.

    – [WooCommerce Multilingual](https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/)
    – [WooCommerce Currency Switcher](https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/)

    03. Could you please elaborate on your concern more with some useful screenshots for better understanding that demonstrate the problem, so we can understand and reproduce it on your website?

    04. You cannot edit these functional pages with Elementor directly. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts, and for portfolio pages. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for the checkout page.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Hello,

Please download the latest version of the theme from your account on ThemeForest and install the theme, replacing all the files via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new, and check how it works.

    Dear Aizaz Imtiaz Awan,

The theme has been successfully updated and the issue has been resolved.

Could you please guide me on how to properly upload an image to the background banner and adjust it to be fully responsive across desktop, mobile phones, and tablets? I would like to ensure the banner displays correctly on all screen sizes.

    Hello,

To achieve better responsiveness, it’s recommended to use different image sizes for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

You can configure this by following these steps:

Navigate to Slides > All Slides and edit the slide with Elementor you want to adjust.

Clicking the slide Settings in the Top-left corner and there you will see the available slide-related options.

See Screenshot for better understanding: https://postimg.cc/DmgkzDdm

This ensures the slide looks visually correct and performs well across all screen sizes.

    Here is the documentation: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-create-a-slider/

    Hello,

You should upload the large-sized image and then set the image width according to the layouts set from the Elementor editor: https://ibb.co/3mx4QFWL

    Issue with Slide Banner Display
    Hello,

Thank you for sharing the video.

Kindly assist in checking the backend configuration for the slide banner. From my end, everything appears to be set up correctly in the backend; however, the banner is not displaying properly on the frontend as expected.

Could you please help identify what might be causing this issue?

Additionally, I would like to ask how to reduce the background banner height specifically for mobile phones and tablets to improve responsiveness and overall appearance.

Kindly advise on what should be checked or adjusted to resolve these issues.

    Request for Step-by-Step Video Guide.
    Hello,

Could you please provide a short step-by-step video tutorial showing how to use different image sizes for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices? A visual guide would really help me understand and implement it correctly.

I would also appreciate if the video could include how to upload and set a responsive background banner.

    Looking forward to your support.

    Best regards,

Please is there any code/script that can automatically optimize the Banner according to all devices?

Suggestion: The banner section should be programmed to automatically adapt and optimize for all screen sizes once an image is uploaded, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience across devices.

    Hello,

WoodMart has built-in features to handle exactly what you’re looking for.

    Please follow the below steps:

    1. Using Different Images for Different Devices
WoodMart allows you to swap the entire background image based on the user’s device. This is the best way to ensure your “Portrait” mobile crops look just as good as your “Widescreen” desktop ones.

    The Step-by-Step:

    1. Navigate to Slides > All Slides in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Open the specific slide you want to edit.
    3. Look for the Image tab (usually under “Background”).
    4. You will see icons for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
    5. Click the Mobile icon—this allows you to upload a separate, vertically-oriented image specifically for phones.
    6. Save and refresh your site on your phone to see the change.

    2. Reducing Banner Height for Mobile & Tablet
If you don’t want to change the image but simply want the banner to take up less vertical space on smaller screens, you need to adjust the Padding or Minimum Height settings.

    The Step-by-Step:

    1. In the same Slide Edit screen, go to the Design or Style tab.
    2. Find the Height or Padding fields.
    3. Click the Mobile Icon next to the height setting.
    4. Change the value (e.g., if Desktop is 600px, try setting Mobile to 300px or 40vh).
    4. If you are using Elementor to host the slider, click the “Section” or “Column” editing handle, go to Advanced > Responsive, and adjust the padding specifically for the mobile view. As I alerady mentioned in my earlier video.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.
