Requests and help

Hello,

We have a few requests regarding our shop and its functionality.

1) The Mobile Version of the Site seems to Cause Problems for Android Users. Every time We try to open the Keyboard on the Menu to do a search it closes immediately. Do other users of the Woodmarttheme report similar Problems for Android? Are there ways to fix this issue?

2) We would like to add another intermediate Page for the Checkout if the Customer is not registered or Logged in yet. I will attach a Screenshot of the site that we would like to include before being able to go to payment. This intermediate Site should only enable customers to Buy when being registered or Logged in. The steps that we would like to have: 1. The Shoppingcart is visible 2. the site from the attached picture is included as an intermediate Site, that only enables to buy when being registered (after registration it should go to the next steps such as payment and shipping and the rest) Its important that the Buying Process isn’t stopped after the registration but brings you automatically to the buying step or a button that brings you back to the buying step, which was disabled before being logged in.

Hopefully, the description isn’t too confusing and you can tell us where to include an intermediate site for the buying process

3) Searchfield:
It seems like the Searchfield gives us two different overlayed Quick views. How can we change the Quickview of the Searchfield to 1. Being much bigger, 2. Showing the pictures and important data 3. disabling the other quickview that overlays

1. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme and check back. If the issue still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide the admin panel login details of the website.

2. Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. You need to find a plugin that meets your requirements.

3. Please elaborate what you require with the help of some relevant screenshots to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

3. As you can see in the first screenshot, the view when searching for something is very strange. As if two fields would lap over each other. In the second screenshot you can see how we would like to have it.

There is no option available to change the search sorting. Please elaborate how you want to modify the looks to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings to make it exactly as you required.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

We have now solved this ourselves. We noticed that on the mobile site, the menu always closes when you try to search for something. Our developer found this here (see screenshot). Probably “click touchstart” on total $body causes that the menu is just always closed.
