    I have to reset my WordPress website but I forget unactive domain activation, now I can’t active back it, please help to reset it again, thanks

    Hello,

    We don’t see any activations for your purchase code. You should be able to activate it now. Please, send me your admin access if you still have problems with that.

    It looks like you are trying to install the Hitek from our own website. Please, download it from your account on ThemeForest. They are different.

    I downloaded it from my account on ThemeForest then installed it but it still can’t be active, please log in to my admin to help solve it, thanks.
