The customers who have signed up for an account on the website are experiencing a bug or error when they click reset password. It is possible to reset the password manually but I would like it if the customer could do this independently. Could you please help to get this fixed?
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Thank you for getting back to me. Is there another way to test this out and make sure that it is not the theme causing the issue? The site is currently live and being used and I do not want to cause any issues by switching out the theme.
Thank you very much for getting back to me. I am not sure how to create a clone of the website for testing, are you able to give me some direction on how to do this? I apologize this is out of my skill level. Would this allow you to test the website while leaving the current one live?
