Reset link works properly on demo site.

Please check if you have set My Account page. Make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

It means our theme does not cause the problem. The problem may be caused by Woocommerce customization or incorrect installation.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, make the full backup of the site, delete all the Woocommerce templates, then go to Woocommerce > Status > Tools > https://prnt.sc/tfulkt
