Resize Single Product main and thumbnail images

Please help me resize the main product image and thumbnail images in the Single page. They appear to be too big and long. Please check the screenshot.

Also, please help me reduce the font size for the product title in the Single Product page. It appears to be too big

You can configure the image size in the Theme Settings > Product Single > Images.

I tried that but it did not work. I am using the Accessories demo. But even when I changed the customized layout for the demo, I was unable to change the product size.
