savaskalfasParticipantHello,
Is there a way to install a tool (like a moving circle) in order to alert mobile phone visitors that the page is about to open?– There is a significant delay when pages open in mobile phones.
– This might look like an unresponsive page and visitors might be turned away while the page is trying to open during the delay.A “moving circle” or similar effect would help visitors understand that the page is loading.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Navigate to Theme Settings > Performance > Preloader and enable it. This way, the preloader will show until the entire page is fully loaded, improving the user experience: https://ibb.co/3mgd6dr1

savaskalfasParticipantI am afraid that nothing changed with Preloader in the mobile environment…
Any other way to show the spinning circle after hitting a button?
A plugin or custom CSS?

savaskalfasParticipantHello, I am sending the website credentials.
I have read that the nature of the Woodmart architecture prevents the use of CSS code which creates a spinning circle every time you hit a button.
Note that in mobile the screen freezes for a couple of seconds -with absolutely no indication of a loading page.
I received several complaints and remarks from users who left the shop because they thought that my website is not responding…
This is extremely annoying especially when you press a button in the mobile menu (which opens like a curtain from the left).
The same happens when you click a product link -like “add to cart”, “add to wishlist”, or “quick view”.
What I need is an indication that the site is loading, so as users can rest assured that a page is about to open.
I am wondering if you can add some kind of functionality like the “add to compare” button in each product icon which turns orange after clicking the button.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.8 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue in mobile: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

savaskalfasParticipantHello, I followed your instructions:
– Updated the theme
– Updated plugins
– Deactivated all plugins not related to WoodmartHowever, the mobile screen can’t show any spinner over the menu (I mean the “menu curtain” which unfolds from left to right).
The only instance when the spinning circle appears is when I refresh a page with my finger and NOT when I press a menu button or a product button.
I am also sending 4 screenshots of the plugins that were deactivated during the test. THE REMAINING 5 SCREENSHOTS WILL BE SENT WITH A SEPARATE MESSAGE.
Regards,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please check back your site and check that the preloader is working fine on your site.
Additionally, I have checked your site’s speed using the PageSpeed tool, and it is too low, which is why it is taking too much time to load.
