Responsive Table

This being a bootstrap theme, is there functionality for a responsive table such as the functionality here:

If so, how would I go about implementing that?

If not, what would you recommend as a work around?

Our theme uses only Bootstrap 4.0 flexbox grid layout. Any additional bootstrap styling classes is not supported by Woodmart theme.

As a way-out, you can hide the table and create accordion or make it scrollable on mobile with the custom CSS.
