Responsiveness Issues with Banner

Hello,

If you were to go to my site (link below), you will see the categories right underneath the slider. I am trying to show two categories at once on mobile, however, although I was able to split it into two columns, only 1 column actually shows what is supposed to (screenshot below). How do I make it so that it shows two banners at a time on mobile side by side (horizontally)?

I tried that and I was able to get 2/4 to show up properly; however, the other two are full sized and dont match up. I would like to get all four to be the same size as the first two you see in the screenshot below. Any additional help would be much appreciated!!
