1. Navigate to Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy tab and activate the option Allow customers to log into an existing account during checkout https://ibb.co/qYbjqW9f
2. Unfortunately, there is no such option by default. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
