Returning customer? Click here to login text missing

Hi, I recently noticed that the text that reads “Returning customer? Click here to login” at the top of our checkout page is no longer there. I have tried disabling all plugins apart from core plugins and the problem still persists?

Would you mind taking a look for me please to see if you can find what it causing this.

Please check the issue on the Storefront theme to find out if our theme causes the problem. Make sure you are logged off checking the text.

If you see the problem on the Storefront as well, check the issue with deactivated plugins not related to the theme.

Hi Elise, i changed to the storefront theme and logged out and the “Returning customer? Click here ot login text” was visible. So it is there just not when using the Woodmart theme. Would you mind taking a look please?

Our website is an active e-commerce store so disabling all plugins and switching to storefront until we get a response back from yourselves isn’t ideal for our customers or our business. You have the login details that I provided if you could kindly login and do what needs to be done when you are attending this issue that would be very much appreciated.

Please make the full backup of the site, widgets may reset in the result of theme switching so that you could easily restore. Let me know when I can disable the plugins and switch the theme. I will do it as quickly as possible.

Now all the plugins and the child are active. I deactivated all for 10 min max. Then I understood that they do not cause the problem and searched the reason with all activated.
