    Hello,

The recent version of the Slider is not stable, please make the full backup of your site and delete it, then upload the previous stable version. https://we.tl/t-TlhtKrzh6v

    Hello,

You have inserted the wrong domain. https://prnt.sc/rx8zqr

You need to insert the domain which you provided in the private area save and then save the Theme Settings.

    Best Regards

I tried and it does not let me, I can only be merged then I merge the staging copy and the original website.
But I did the same process with other website and did not have any issues.
    The main URL was left.

    Hello,

Please contact your host support let them help you with this. The page URL and the URL in the General settings should be the same.

    Best Regards

Like I told you before I had a previous website and I had the main domain name and did not have any issues, they agree with me on that.

    This is what they said:

    Hello,

    1. Make the full backup of your site.

    2. Enter your database and export Database.

    3. Enter wp_option table and edit siteurl and homeurl insert the correct URL

    3. Enter wp_users table edit admin and password, choose MD5 and save.

    Check your site.

Be very very careful! Make the backups before doing anything, enter the changes accurately not to damage your site.

    Best Regards

I have worked with a staging tool before and it has not given me any issues.

This is what my host said.

Allow me to clarify that what is described above is to change the staging copy URLs.

However, as my colleague Ivan explained, that is not necessary, nor it will work properly if the staging URL is changed to stagingX.domain.tld (example).

If the theme is not able to work in the staging environment, due to the staging special configuration, I am afraid that there isn’t much we can do as we cannot reconfigure the staging tool functionalities and mechanisms.

    Hello,

You have transferred the site incorrectly. The actual URL of the site should be reflected in Dashboard > Settings > General. It means that file routes are incorrect and as a result, icons do not appear. Later you may have other problems. Try to transfer the site once again with All in one WP migrate free plugin.

    Best Regards
