Reviews > Add Photos > Tooltip on the (?) doesn’t appear

Please check the link in private.

Go to the reviews section and hover on the (?) beside the “Add photos”

There must be a tooltip saying how many photos or MBs we can upload, but nothing appears.

What is going wrong?

We have confirmed this concern on our Test Site and there the Tooltip is working accordingly: https://snipboard.io/aty0u3.jpg

So, this isn’t a Theme end concern as this clears the doubt.

On your Site, please once navigate to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Single Product > Reviews > there check if you have written the Maximum upload file size or not: https://snipboard.io/0O3SqU.jpg

If yes and still facing issues then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

I created a staging with
– woodmart parent theme
– no extra plugins
– no customizations
and the tooltip on the product page images review doesn’t appear on hover

Actually, under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Performance > JS > Advanced scripts controls > the Tooltips library was set on Never load which we have then changed to Always Load and now the Tooltip appears fine on your Site: https://snipboard.io/2UezWO.jpg

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

I agree that setting the “Tooltip Library” to “Always load” resolves the issue.

However, I don’t agree with the fact this library was set to “Never Load”, it was defined as “On demand”

And I tried well both “Never Load” and “On Demand” and there is clearly an issue here :

When defining the Tooltip Library “On Demand” it should load “On Demand” (which is not working here)

Please resolve this issue.
