Reviews and swatches

Reviews cannot be uploaded as soon as it is uploaded an error page comes up. My swatches are also still not working after doing everything suggested either, Thank you.

To enable reviews you need to Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products.

I will attach the image of the swatches I am referring to, they are only coming up as words and not colours. Thank you for helping me with the reviews.

I have also just tried to leave a review but it does not work a 404 page still shows up. Here is a link to a product you can try to leave a review and see for yourself.

You need to enable reviews for each product separately from the edit product page.

Then the reviews will be available for each of the products. Currently I am unable to see the review tabs on the product page.

hello yes, you will not be able to see it on that one because I have not enabled it on that one. However, I have enabled it on the one I sent the link to so you can try it and see. here is the link again ( https://shestayactive.com/product/keeping-things-breathable ). Also, I don’t know if you have done anything then changed it again, but the swatches on the actual product page were working for a few minutes but now they are back to words again.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Then Check back.

If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have logged into your website and added a review to a product and its working absolutely fine on my end.

And the swatches are not the default WooCommerce ones these are enabled when you select the attributes dropdowns will be replaced with square icons from edit attributes. Please elaborate how you want them to be displayed to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hello, I will attach photos for the following problems I have so you can help me accordingly. I have created a customer account on my phone to see how the customer would be able to leave reviews and I am still being sent to a 404 page. I listened to what you said and enabled the swatch for two colors so I could test if this was the issue. I turned on the black and the pink swatches to see if they would come up on a product that features only these two colours. However, nothing changed and the default square swatches were still visible (see pictures attached below). The swatches for the sizing are the same, they come as words in a square box and I would like them to look like the woodmart examples I have attached below, Thank you.

I have logged into your website and most of the attribute items you haven’t selected the option.

1) For the swatches to work perfectly. Please make sure that you have enabled the option for all the attributes items from products >> Attributes.

2) I have tested by adding a review as a customer to your website and it’s working absolutely fine as well.

I have enabled all the swatch buttons on each attribute and it still doesn’t work, do I need to switch back the child theme?
