Reviews not showing

Can you help me see why my review stars aren’t showing on my shop page or on the product page (on the product page, they show on the tab at the bottom but not at the top by the product name)

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I’m working on this but unfortunately I can’t take down the current site since it is now live. So I’m working on copying the site. Is there anything I can look at on the current site? It was working until we pushed it over to the live site instead of the dev site.

Nevermind. I think I figured it out. When I moved the site, the star ratings didnt come with it…I’ll need to re-do the ratings and then they will work.
