REVOLUTION SLIDER

Sometimes home page revolution slider doesnt show i dont know why.Due to this bottom content popup upwards sadly.
Using 2 revo slider
Second one is working perfect.

delay is 3000ms
when i clear the cache it works fine but after sometime it hapen again
