    I can’t customize the revolution slider, because appear an “Ajax error”, can you help me with this please.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

    Hi!

    Ready, I already made a backup and did what you told me (install the Storefront and check it) and the “ajax error” still appears in the revolution slider.

    I reinstalled the backup with your theme.

    Hello,

    The server blocks the AJAX http://prntscr.com/tvib94 please contact the host support they would help to solve the issue.
