To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

I am also getting the error on a different theme, what could be causing it?

Please take note of the following urgent issue I have encountered with Basil:

1. The theme randomly changes, I chose the shoe theme but many times in the day when I check my website the theme has reverted to the main demo theme, this is a huge problem, please assist.

Please attend to the above promtly.

If the problem appears with other themes as well then it is not something caused by Basel.
