Revolution Slider Malfunction – Does Not Load

Hi,
I have been having a problem with the Coming Soon 2 page of the Basel theme, which I set up and customized with my own details, but from that point on the slider refuses to load! I first got the Not Acceptable! Mod_Security error, but spoke to my hosting provider and got it sorted out, but now I just get a blank page or the message Content Not Found.
When checking the Console on Inspect Element i see a lot of jQuery errors popping up but I can’t seem to find any way of making it work!

Please be kind as to provide your input on this problem as I have tried everything I can think of to get it working, but it still doesn’t seem to be functioning.

Try to go to the Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> Shop -> Promo popup -> Enable promo popup and set the switch to the off position.
This should remove the message Content Not Found.
