Round carousel categories between header and shop products

Hello,
I’m interested in how I can find the settings for this carousel with categories between the header and shop products. To be circular like this. I would like to maybe see or less than 6 and maybe put other categories but the style to be the same like this circular images with hover effects.
I tried to find it in the settings to see where it comes from, but I couldn’t find it. Is it some hidden code that the theme pulls or can I edit it as I want? How can I insert it into another prebuilt theme, is it a widget or something else? Okay. Thanks for the reply. And the last question and in connection with the first. How can I see where this product catalog is pulled from in the products list page, exactly in the position between the header and products, as I sent in the screenshot. So, not on the home page as an element to add, but in the shop pages and in the exact position below the header and above the product.
