LioriParticipantHello
I have a few issues with the website:
1. product page is not RTL – the image is on the right side and the content on the left
2. breadcrumbs – missing 1 category of hierarchy in the shop when entering the product page. also, the font is too small and the change that I add in the custom font dosn’t work.
3. product title in the shop – the change that I added in the custom font doesn’t work (change to Miriam Libre), it is loading Asimon font (our custom font)
4. is there an option, when there is mixed content in Hebrew and English to use Miriam Libre font in the website in all of the places that have a Hebrew font (we use Asimon) as default?
5. for some reason in the footer I can’t click the bottom of the footer links – on the elementor side it looks fine.
6. sometimes when loading a page there is a problem with the CSS that for a second the menu appears without styling.thank you very much!!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Make sure you have set an RTL language in the site settings.
Best Regards

LioriParticipanthello
I expect more from your support service. it seems that you didn’t log in to my website because then you will see that the langue of the website is Hebrew. and still there is the problem of RTL.
about the breadcrumbs it worked but the size of the font that I give it don’t work.
also for these questions I didn’t get an answer:
3. product title in the shop – the change that I added in the custom font doesn’t work (change to Miriam Libre), it is loading Asimon font (our custom font)
4. is there an option, when there is mixed content in Hebrew and English to use Miriam Libre font in the website in all of the places that have a Hebrew font (we use Asimon) as default?
5. for some reason in the footer I can’t click the bottom of the footer links – on the elementor side it looks fine.this is urgent, I’m about to launch the website.
thank youJune 2, 2021 at 11:48 am #297128
LioriParticipantanother problem that I have is the icons that I add to the menu. they worked fine but now they are blurry and big. I tried to reupload them but the same problem is still happening

LioriParticipantanother issue.
in the shop page, in the product category widget, the hierarchy is not as in the category setting page. I want to have the father category first, then subcategory and then the sub-sub category as they configured in the category setting order (the widget is set to follow the order of the categories)please answer all of my questions, I didn’t hear from you yet and it’s taking a LOT of time for you to response

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
3. The issue is caused by the global Elementor settings. https://gyazo.com/8587d7b239abad793fb729b926f000fd and https://gyazo.com/8587d7b239abad793fb729b926f000fd
4. If you want to have different styles for different parts of the text, wrap this text in a div, assign a class and add the styles via advanced typography.
5. for some reason in the footer I can’t click the bottom of the footer links – on the element or side it looks fine. – The problem has been caused by the Whatsapp icon that overlaps the part of the footer.
Best Regards

LioriParticipantHi

this is the domain (the site is live):

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I still didn’t get an answer about the RTL:
1. product page is not RTL – the image is on the right side and the content on the left.
my website language is Hebrew so the settings are correct. Please have a look at this screen: https://gyazo.com/236d9a79726a109a509b9900678cc6fc this is our demo, the product page is LTL: the image is on the left and the content is on the right.
This is the screen of your product page: https://gyazo.com/bb4ea7e3504f5794713fcd732d196b5e you see the image is on the right and the content is on the left, this is the RTL layout. RTL layout is activated when you set an RTL language in the site settings.and about my last question:
in the shop page, in the product category widget, the hierarchy is not as in the category setting page. I want to have the father category first, then subcategory and then the sub-sub category as they configured in the category setting order (the widget is set to follow the order of the categories)You have not enabled ” Show hierarchy” in the widget: https://gyazo.com/1e893f473a56e401e336337a4df90ca2 and https://gyazo.com/1471ac8c37db90339c4420fd761a90f6
please answer this too
there is a problem that the header is very high and has a big white space.
In the settings, I did hide the bottom header but it doesn’t work. You need to reduce the height of the row: https://gyazo.com/b5fb72e928b43f4a69bc435551d8feac

LioriParticipantHi!
thank you for your answers.
1. I understand about the RTL. thank you.
2. I want the widget of the categories to be open. and show the way I ordered the categories. the first category should be second.
3. I did that. I take off the middle bar but there is still a bottom white space.
4. please also answer about the icon problem in the menu. they are blurry for some reason (worked well before).thank you!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please try the default Woocommerce Product category widget.
As for the header, check the mobile view, and if you have an empty bottom row, hide it on mobile in the row settings. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-responsive-settings/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/
Now I do not see any icons in the mobile view. Try to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your
<svg>
tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/m4n0qw
Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.Best Regards

LioriParticipantHi
thank you for your reply.
1. default Woocommerce Product category widget. please see how to solve it.
2. I did hide row but still, there is a gap.
3. about the icons for the menu – I don’t understand why they worked before and now they don’t. I’m using PNG files for it. to create them in the same size?thank you
June 9, 2021 at 9:17 am #298592
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. Take the Product Categories widget in Appearance > Widgets and insert in the Shop page widget area.
2. Add this negative margin to the first row of the Elementor. https://prnt.sc/uhivji
3. Add the icons so that I could check

LioriParticipantHello
1. it’s already like that. I did that again.
2. I prefer not to do a negative margin.
3. I added one. I also added a screenshot. it’s blurry and not in shape. it’s strange because it worked well before with the same icons (png format)Attachments:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. There only two widget types with the view as they have.
2. You will have to set this margin if you want to get rid of the gap.
3. I do not not see icons in mobile menu: https://gyazo.com/5ce621e4f23681b5518062a8ccf56e93

LioriParticipantI’m attaching a screenshot o the mobile menu. it’s in the subcategories of the store. also on the desktop the same problem. (for the icons)
also, about the woocommerce widget for the product category – still, I didn’t get a solution. I re-added the widget but it’s the same problem of the order ( I want the list to be open and ordered by the categories order that I did.

LioriParticipantIt’s over 10 days since I opened this topic and still no solution for some of the problems. it seems like you didn’t even log into my website to check the problems. as I said a few times this is very urgent!!
I paid or your service and support but it takes too long to get an answer from you and when I do you don’t properly check the issuse.
I expect to solve this today!!
your theme is very good but it has some issues. sadly with this rate of response and way of answers I can’t say that I can recommend your product.. I hope you take this into further thinking about how you treat your customers.June 9, 2021 at 10:56 pm #298764
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I am very sorry you disappointed with the support.
I provide the instruction on how to solve the issue and you prefer not to do it. In this case, I can hardly help.
Moreover, we have come through several issues in one thread. I had to spend the time to explain the things I thought would be different.
For now we had three issues:
Product categories: have you tried Woocommerce? If you do no like it, please find a plugin that would show your categories in the way you wish. WoodMart theme does not influence the Product categories widget. This is Woocommerce functionality.
Next was the gap at the top, I provided you with the solution, you prefer not to do. This gap is stipulated by margins that are required on other pages and in order to remove it on the home page you just need to set a negative margin of 40 px.
As for the menu, I tried to understand how did you insert the icon in mobile. Please check this manual: you can only insert the FontAwesom icon into the menu item: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/
If you have any issues, please provide the page URL, screen, and steps on how did you do that. I will do my best to check and suggest the solution.
Best Regards

LioriParticipanthello,
thank you very much for your response, I appreciate it!
about the menu, I’ll leave it like this it’s fine.
about the order of the categories on the shop page, I now understand that it was a woocommerce problem and I was able to solve it.the last issue that I’m trying to solve is the icons on the menu. I added them to the categories (screenshot attached).
they work well for a while but now they are blurry. now there is only one category with it on the menu (same problem on desktop and mobile)thank you very much!
