Safari: Can not click on Vendor hamburger menu

When I use Safari browser on iPhone or Macbook to access Vendor dashboard of Dokan, the vendor menu can not show/hide as on Chrome or Firefox. Please see the attachment for more detail.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I switched to Twenty Twenty. The Vendor hamburger menu works fine.

In this case, please, keep the default theme active and send us all the necessary access information so we can log in and check how it works.

OK, I will ask my customer for testing account. But, have you tested your theme in Vendor dashboard of Dokan? is it fine?

Yes, a lot of our customers are using Dokan without any problems.

Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.

.dokan-dash-sidebar {
  z-index: 10;
}
