Sale countdown timer in product view not showing

Hi

I have enabled sale countdown timer in theme settings, yet no countdown timer appears in the product view of the scheduled sale item. Also on a page where product grid is added and “show countdown timer” box is ticked, no countdown appears. Products are on a scheduled sale. Am I missing something?

Thank you so much for using our theme.

Since we don’t see any JS errors in the console it seems to be some problem in configurations. Could you please provide us your admin panel access so we can check them?

Oh, we see the problem now. Actually, this countdown can be applied only for simple products, it doesn’t work for variable products, sorry. As a workaround, you can place it as a visual composer element to the product’s description and it will be displayed on the product page.
