Save as template

I am trying to save a template made with visual builder but the “save template” button is not active… how can I activate the possibility to save templates?

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

If it works fine with the default wordpress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings to save the template. It is the plugin functionality.

Please try asking the plugin support for help.
