Save changes button not working in WPbakery page builder

    I’m unable to save changes on WPbakery page builder. This happens both on the backend and the frontend editors. I have tried to troubleshoot by deactivating all my plugins but the issue persisted. Please help.

    My site URL has been added to the private message block.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    I have done this, the issue persists. Please find my login details below.
    I have deactivated plugins that are unrelated to the theme since please check.
