tolgahanikinciParticipantHello in mobile view, there are some hangs and freezes on the screen when moving the screen up and down. I think a region appears and disappears in the footer. I could not find the source of the problem I would be glad if you could help, this is very important for me now.

tolgahanikinciParticipantHi again this problem happens especially in chrome browser. I tried the suggestions you said but could not find a solution problem still persists. I tried many times from different devices. Chrome browser is the most used browsers in our country. This affects user experience negatively please help to solve the source of the problem and review carefully..

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
This behaviour is caused by the Chrome browser floating URL bar which is by default is showing when scrolling to top and hiding when scrolling to the bottom. By default, spaces between sections in our demo content pages are set via vh value (https://prnt.sc/vby6ry) and when Chrome floating URL bar changes its position it also changes the height of the page which in its turn changing all vertical height vh values.
Unfortunately, this browser behaviour is can’t be changed via WordPress theme, and the only solution we can suggest is to change all vh spacing values to px in WPBakery display options.
Best Regards

tolgahanikinciParticipantthis situation is very annoying My site has a lot of hangs and freezes. do you intend to fix this with the next update I think this is a huge problem By the way, as you said, I did all vh pasting px but it didn’t work.. If you want, let me write you my management panel information, check it.

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
We have checked your homepage and see that you have removed not all vh. It is important to remove all vh, if you leave at least one it recalculates the height of page on the mobile screen.
Please check following sections:
https://prnt.sc/vr0g3c,
https://prnt.sc/vr0hvr,
https://prnt.sc/vr0ia8Then clear the cache and check again.
Best Regards

tolgahanikinciParticipantAs you said I converted all vh values to px. i cleared the cache and checked again. now all values on the main page are set as px. the problem still persists you can check. According to my guess, a gray area appears at the bottom and disappears
I added a new video, you can check it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DNu6Doh6io

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHi,
We have checked this issue with different devices and browsers and found that it first appeared after the latest Mobile Chrome browser updates (for example similar mobile chromium based browsers like Opera or Edge works fine). Also following jumps is more visible on pages that contain a lot of JS based stretch row scripts of WPBakery builder (for example pages without WPBakery rows like shop page is works normal). Unfortunately since this issue is caused by recent mobile Chrome browser updates we don’t have a quick solution for this, but will investigate it further and if this problem can be fixed from our side via WordPress theme it will be fixed in the next theme update.
Best Regards
