Scroll Bar of the Sidebar Filter doesnt work- need help!

Hi Dear,
We’ve purchased your Woodmart Theme and using your Electronic Page option.
After all customized, we have an issue about the Sidebar Attribute, as you see attached file!
Scroll Bar doesnt work
Please urgent help

You need to enable the option and set the block height in the Theme Settings > Shop > Widgets.

We know that option, But It doesnt work…!

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

You are using the default Woocommerce filters. This theme option does not cover them. Please replace the default filters with WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav and check again.
