Scrolling stops after full page load

Hi,
After updating to WP5.5 the scrolling stops after every full page load – the right bar also dissapears so scrolling is not possible. You can continue clicking on items/buttons and that works but the scrolling is not. I have deactivated all plugins, problem remains. I’m using Chrome browser and checked in Firefox (issue remains the same).

Thank you for choosing our theme and for contacting our support.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Thanks, it worked. I have the impression that the pop-up was the cause. We deactivated the pop-up in the CSS but left it active in the theme as at first we didn’t find how to deactivate it.
We reactivated the template + the child, took out the CSS and deactivated the pop-up in the theme. That did the trick.
