Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

I add icon for search like that, but when search icon appear on mobile version and when I click on it > it give me a link as a SHOW SIDE BAR, no possibility to appear form for search to put some keywords…

In mobile view the search is added in the mobile menu element, you can add search only in the form format. http://prntscr.com/oz2j2g and http://prntscr.com/oz2jnn
