Search button not working

Hi, just starting a new fresh installing on my site.
And the Search button on the header does not work.

What could be the problema? Tell me what you need to fix it.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Aditional request:
When I click on one of the pages it writes index.php on the url
I want to take that away

an example:
https://pharmalat.net/dev/index.php/tienda/

You have any instruction for taking that off?

2. As for URL, you have set the custom URL in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and you have inserted index.php you need to change the custom settings.
